You are responsible for ensuring that we have access to the premises as agreed upon in the service contract.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule Services by notifying us within the time frame specified in your service agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees, as outlined in your agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canadian Commercial Cleaners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
